Dr. Bogardus provides specialized change management consulting, strategic planning, and leadership coaching. She offers guidance and strategic development for diverse clients including non-profit and for-profit boards of directors, business leadership teams, and community collaboration teams representing multiple organizations.
Dr. Bogardus' research interests concern reduction of workplace disparities. She is an advocate for workforce inclusion with special expertise in fair hiring practices and disability inclusion. She is a frequent speaker on the topic and has achieved the following certifications and distinctions:

Dr. Bogardus received a doctoral degree in International Family and Community Studies from Clemson University, a master’s degree in Human Behavior and Conflict Management from Columbia College, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Miami University. As a doctoral student, she received the Excellence in Engagement and Social Advocacy Graduate Student Award, the Kimbrough and Melton Parents Award, and the Graduate Student Award of Excellence.
